Face to face counselling offers the opportunity to see your counsellor; you can read body language and facial expressions that would not be visible with online therapy and some clients feel this is a more personal and intimate way for counselling to take place. What happens at my first session? The first session is not charged for and is a 30 minute opportunity for you to evaluate what is on offer and see if this feels right for you.
